Our 2008 Model Pressbrake with anti-deflection has enabled products to be formed in 1 full length to our customer’s specifications thus eliminating the requirement for weld joints. This also eliminates the need for weld testing to comply with Australian Standards, saving time and money and providing a higher standard of product to the end user. Also this machine is able to operate as 2 separate 6.1 Mtr X 1000 T presses enabling productivity to double on your products, saving up to 30% on lead-time requests provided in quantities

Komo Industries’ work horse of the fleet is the Scalen 6.5 Mtr x 700T Pressbrake that features an Anti-Deflection System and multi-tool fit-up that is capable of pressing varying sizes of steel ranging from 2mm Thick to 45mm Thick @ 1000mm Long.

The 700T x 9 Mtr Fold Width Pressbrake speaks for itself being able to form products at this length.

Guillotin

Komo Industries Guillotine has the latest CNC technology in shearing up to 12mm x 6.5 Mtr Long. Komo’s own input to the thickness back gaugedesign means the guillotine is able to cut any thickness sheet, in quantities, accurately, every time to a tolerance.

Komo Industries Plasma Cutter has the latest technology in High Definition Plasma Cutting with software updated annually (USA PRONEST). With Bevel Head is able to cut, for example, perfect circles with weld prep 45° all around to your specifications.
